"The site was kind of a pain to use"
I was trying to find the right size and honestly, wait, even just getting around the pages was annoying. Things loaded slowly, and by the time I got to checkout, it felt clunky too. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered from Cool Kidz and the Return process was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to keep chasing them for replies, and the instructions they sent weren’t exactly clear either. By the time it finally got sorted, I was just over It. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless I was 100% sure I was keeping what I ordered.

Got my refund back in just a few days, which was clutch. No big hassle or annoying back-and-forth, so I was cool with how it went.

I ordered a jacket and a pair of pants for my son from coolkidz.com.au, and I’m happy with how everything turned out. The size guide was mostly spot on, the pants fit him perfectly, and the jacket is just a little roomy, but I don’t mind that since he’ll get more wear out of it. Delivery was fine too, no issues there. I’m giving 4 stars because I was pleased with the fit overall, though a bit more detail on sleeve length would’ve made choosing the size even easier.

"I somehow got the wrong order twice"
I was embarrassed having to bring it up again, but my order was nothing like what I picked. They sent the wrong item the first time, and then somehow it happened again. It was frustrating and kind of awkward to deal with...

"Good packaging, arrived in great shape"
I ordered from coolkidz.com.au the packaging was good, good enough that everything turned up looking neat and undamaged. The box felt sturdy and nothing was squashed, cracked, or broken when it arrived.
The only thing I noticed was there was a bit more plastic wrap than I expected, maybe a little too much. Still, the items were safe and tidy, so I’m happy overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Pretty decent, just thought it’d be better"
It was okay overall, not bad or anything. The stuff worked fine and I didn’t really have any major issues, but I guess I was expecting a little more. Maybe I had my hopes up, I don’t know. It’s one of those things where it’s fine, but nothing really stood out either.

"Easy checkout, but checkout flow needs a small fix"
I ordered from Cool Kidz and the payment side was straightforward. I liked that there were a few payment options too, because I didn’t really want to put my card in straight away.
The only annoying bit was one step at checkout where I had to stop and double check what was going on, so whoever runs this should probably make that a bit clearer. It still went through without any drama though, and overall I was happy enough that I’d use it again.

"Fair prices and a good overall experience"
I decided to order from coolkidz.com.au after comparing prices with a few other kids stores, and they seemed fair overall. They weren’t the cheapest for every single item, but I did find some good deals and felt comfortable buying from them. The shipping cost was reasonable too, which was a plus. I’d probably give 5 stars if they offered a little extra discount on larger orders, but I’m happy with what I paid and the whole experience felt reliable.

The product was close to what was shown on the page, though a couple of details weren’t super clear to me. The size and colour were fine, just not quite the way I had pictured them when ordering. Overall, it’s good enough, and I’m not disappointed, just not totally excited either.

I don’t really think it’s worth the price. For what you get, I expected it to be more like... I don’t know, just better overall.

From what I remember, they had some nice kids stuff and I did find a few decent options. The only thing is the range felt a bit limited, especially with colours and sizes. It was fine overall, just not as much choice as I was hoping for.

"Got resolved, but slower than I expected"
I ran into an issue with my order, and it was frustrating at the start. I’ve dealt with other companies where support replies within a day or so, so waiting a few days without hearing anything made this feel worse.
I ended up sending a follow-up email before they finally got back to me. To be fair, they did fix the problem and offered a solution, which I appreciate, but compared to smoother customer service experiences I’ve had, this one felt drawn out and unclear.
I’m giving 2 stars because the issue did get resolved in the end, but the process took too long and wasn’t very reassuring along the way.

I was shopping around for a few bits and pieces for the kids and, to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised that most of what I wanted was actually in stock. That doesn’t always happen when you’re trying to find specific kids’ stuff, so it made the whole thing a lot less frustrating. The only slight downside was that one particular colour I had my eye on was already sold out, which was a bit annoying, but there were still a few other decent options available, so it wasn’t really a major issue in the end. The website was straightforward enough to use, and checking availability didn’t take much effort, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a easy experience and I’d be happy to use the site again.

"Delivery was exactly on the money"
I ordered a few things from coolkidz.com.au the delivery timing was dead-on. Like, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind they delivered exactly when they said they would. The tracking email came through quickly, and the parcel showed up on the exact day listed, no surprises at all. The box arrived in good shape too. I’m giving 4 stars only because dispatch took a bit longer than I was expecting, but apart from that, I’m 100% sure there’s really nothing to complain about.

"Survived my rough toddler"
I bought a stroller from Coolkidz my toddler has put it through the absolute wringer. It’s been bumped, dragged, and bashed around heaps, but it’s still holding up well. Impressed with how “tough” it’s turned out to be.
